- Abstract
2006's ending, a professors-investigators group from Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana, contribute to professionalization process of public organization members into the organizing and supervising electoral process in the democratic life of a Mexican Republic State. In the courses used, the principal topics were the Strategic Planning and Evaluation Systems. It's important give recognition to the knowledge sorts that private administrative models have been used into the Public Sector, and the transference profits and limits. The article objective is expose a reflections set about the Strategic Plan of the Democratically Public Organization. This Plan was formulated into a course given to the members of this organization. The transference from the private sector to the public sector has been named New Public Management. Then, this article talks first about the Strategic Planning into the Public Sector, afterwards the Strategic Plan formulation in this case and finally expose reflections about the Strategic Planning process and product.
