- Abstract
In 2001, some researchers discovered that Mgb2 has the property of superconducting electricity. The superconducting temperature transition and superconducting characteristics of this material far exceed the traditional theoretical framework of BCS. With the development and application of Mgb2 materials, Mgb2 superconducting films are developed. The purpose of this paper is to study the microstructure of Mgb2 superconducting films prepared on different substrates and to deepen the development and application of Mgb2 superconducting films. This paper first explains the relevant concepts, including the concept of superconductor and the introduction of Mgb2 superconductor thin film, and then with the aid of related experimental apparatus, and MgO style on SiC substrate preparation of Mgb2 superconductor thin film on the substrate, and by means of transmission electron microscope (TEM), scanning tunneling microscope (STM) and atomic force microscope (AFM) to analyze the microstructure of the film, and the key measure of Mgb2 superconductor thin film formed on the different substrate surface topography, and the formation of different substrate microstructure of reason. It is concluded that the microstructures of Mgb2 superconducting films prepared on different substrates are different to some extent. With the conclusion of the study on the microstructure, the efficiency and performance of the preparation of Mgb2 superconducting film and the application ratio of the superconducting film have been improved to a certain extent. The preparation efficiency and the preparation efficiency have been improved by about 16%, and the application range of the superconducting film has been improved by about 15%.
