- Abstract
After chewing the tablets, the active components of the tablets can be released quickly, and the layered network lattice structure can be generated on the surface of gastric mucosa, which can protect the wounds. At the same time, the active ingredient aluminum can promote ulcer healing. The purpose of this paper is to study the micro mechanism and nursing observation of the treatment of gastric ulcer combined with gastric hemorrhage. This paper introduces the pathogenesis of gastric ulcer and the treatment of gastric ulcer with aluminum and magnesium carbonate, and then summarizes the application of large nursing observation and image processing technology of optical microscope. The experimental results showed that the ulcer area of the control group was large, covered with white moss, the ulcer bottom was dirty, the surrounding mucosa was swollen and swollen; the ulcer surface of the low dose and high dose groups was shallow, the swelling and swelling of the surrounding mucosa was small, the ulcer index was also lower than that of the control group, and the inhibition rate of the low dose group was 15% The inhibition rate of high dose ulcer was 75%. It may be related to the expression of EGF and PGE2.
