- Abstract
Extracting conditions of flavonoids from bamboo shell with ethanol combining ultrasonic were studied. Through single factor and orthogonal experiment, the scope and the best combination of influencing factor on flavone yield were confirmed. Meanwhile, the bamboo shell extracts were preparatory purified with XAD-16 macroporous resin. With the vegetable oil as substrate, a method of "a sodium thiosulfate iodine titration"( GB/T 5009.37-1996) was used to determine the antioxidant activity of purified flavonoids. The results showed that the best conditions of extracting flavonoids from bamboo shell were as following: ratio of feed liquid is 1:25, ethanol concentration 70% at temperature 65 °C, 40 min with ultrasonic power 240 W, and under these conditions the extraction yield was 0.7226 mg/g. Experimental of antioxidant activity results showed that the bamboo shell flavonoids has an obvious stronger antioxidant activity on oil than rutin, the effect has relationship with dose-response.
