- Abstract
In order to solve the real-time measurement of voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR) in broad- band operating band of radio base station, a measurement scheme using channel estimation method is pro- posed. The implementation of the scheme is simple. The data from high-speed rate positions of the base- band processing unit is sent, the feedback and reflected data of the radio frequency channel are captured in turn, and the channel response sequence is obtained respectively. The reflection coefficient and the reflec- tion point position of the standing wave are calculated by combining the equipment test data of the factory. The transmitted signal is wideband orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signal and can de- tect the standing wave anomaly at any frequency point in the working frequency band. A cyclic prefix is added before the useful signal is introduced, and the peak offset core is introduced to correctly detect multi- ple reflected point standing waves. The simulation results show that the accuracy of standing wave measure- ment and the location accuracy of single echo point are expected. The multi-echo point measurement can grasp the main external fault points. It has good application prospects in real-time measurement of base sta- tion VSWR.
