- Abstract
In the present paper, the numerical solutions have been carried out for thermoelastic homogeneous isotropic nanobeam in the context of fractional order strain with one relaxation time model. Under simply supported and thermal loading conditions with fixed aspect ratios, the Laplace transform has been applied for the governing equations. The inverse of the Laplace transform has been calculated by using the Tzou method. The numerical results have been validated for a thermoelastic rectangular nanobeam of gold (Au) as a case when it is subjected to ramp-type heating. The numerical results have been shown in figures to stand on the effects of the ramping heat and fractional order parameter on all the studied functions. The ramp-type heat the fractional-order parameters have significant effects on the temperature increment, the lateral vibration, the deformation, the stress, the stress-strain energy distributions. The ramp-type heat parameter could be used as a controller to the vibration of the nanobeam and the damping of the energy.
