- Abstract
Morals and values establish ethics. Ethics consists of a mixture of morals based on specific values. Corruption is an abuse of public office for private gain which is unethical. Globalization not only increases the demands for organizational change but also to ethical challenges. At the moment, globalization seems not to have achieved a common content of ethics or a successful campaign against corruption. There is an imminent need to define the content of ethics' DNA and so achieving a global level of ethics diminishing corruption which will facilitate the success of globalization.
