- Abstract
Perceived organizational support means that the organization is valued by the contributions of the employees and their happiness is taken into consideration. Positive psychological capital; self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resistance can be explained by the characteristics of the individual which is defined as the development of positive psychological status. Social responsibility-based leadership is one of the modern leadership approaches that can make positive change for the progress of society. These three variables are examined within the scope of the study because it is thought that employees may be supported by the organization and positive attitudes and behavior changes may be observed. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between teachers' perception of organizational support, social responsibility-based leadership and positive psychological capital. The sample is 335 teachers chosen from by random sampling method. Data was collected using perceived organizational support, positive psychological capital and social responsibility based leadership scales. With these data; arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation analyzes were performed. At the end of the study, it was found that teachers' perceived organizational support levels were at a moderate level, positive psychological capital levels and social responsibility based leadership levels were at very high levels. In addition, a positive and significant relationship was found between these three variables.
