- Abstract
Effects on emotion regulation, stress and well-being. In recent years there has been a proliferation of the use of mindfulness techniques in different contexts. However, the analysis of its effects still remains a research line with few outcomes. The present study aims to analyze the effects of an online mindfulness training program on emotional regulation, stress and well-being. A longitudinal study was performed including 82 participants. To analyze intervention results were used different scales in two different moments (pre-post intervention) to assess levels of mindfulness (Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire, FFMQ, Baer et al., 2006), of emotional regulation (Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale, DERS, Gratz & Roemer, 2004), of perceived stress (Perceived Stress Scale, PSS, Cohen, Kamarck, & Mermelstein, 1983), and well-being (Multi-Affect Indicator, IWP, Warr, 1990). Results reveal competences development associated with the intervention.
