- Abstract
Over the past decade, there has been increasing evidence describing consumer rights in digital goods, consumer sales protection in EU e-commerce, the connection between trust and customer inclination to trust, and buyers' position and aim to engage in e-commerce conducts. This paper aims to analyze and discuss the protection of rights and concerns of online shoppers, the domestic customer transacting in the e-global market, links between businesses and buyers in commercial transactions, and purchaser trust in e-commerce. The main objective of this paper is to explore and describe the absence of customer protection procedure, the rights of online buyers, efficient shopper protection in the conditions of e-commerce, and open and foreseeable legal and self-regulatory models for e-commerce.
