- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 68-year-old man with metastatic basal cell carcinoma (BCC) with symptoms and signs consistent with a drug reaction of eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS). It mentions that the patient had developed disease of the left parotid, left upper neck and lung. It also mentions the use of C-reactive protein (CRP) 61 and gammaglutamyl transferase 210 for non-specific biochemical abnormalities.
