- Abstract
The article discusses a study involving a 37-year-old Caucasian man with pigmentation of the glans penis. Physical appearance of the infected area is described. It notes that the patient developed a slight itch and burning sensations of the buccal mucosa, while dermoscopy shown homogeneous brown pigmentation with brownish globules. Researchers found that treatment with betamethasone valerate for 2 weeks, then pimecrolimus ointment for 4 weeks, was not successful.
