- Abstract
The article discusses a study investigating association between trisomy 12 (T12) chromosome and redistribution lymphocytosis during the treatment with Ibrutinib in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patients. It states that B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling is essential for proliferation and survival of CLL cells. It mentions that integrin-mediated signaling could promote retention of T12 cells within the tissues.
