- Abstract
The article presents a study on the role played by the signalling pathway of programmed death-1 receptor (PDCD1) and its ligand (CD274) in acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). Also cited are the role of CD274 expression in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), the association of CD274, tumour suppressor TP53, and MIR34A expression in AML, and the relationship of CD274 overexpression with coexisting mutation in patients with surgically resected NSCLC.
