Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 3-year-old boy who was presented with milky brown lesions on his abdomen for three weeks. He was diagnosed with terra firma-forme dermatosis (TFFD) and his pigmented patches were wiped with a gauze pad with 70% ethyl alcohol. Also cited is the case of a 3-year-old girl with a 5-month history of persistent pigmented patches on the flexor aspects of her left arm and knees.
