- Abstract
The article present a case study of a 34-year-old female with a 2-day history of multiple thunderclap headaches followed by status epilepticus. It mentions Initial head computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed a hematoma at the level of the right marginal sulcus and subarachnoid hemorrhage over the convexities; and also mentions her headaches were managed with simple analgesics and they slowly dissipated over 1 week.
