- Abstract
The article presents a study which determines the existence and extent of case-based learning (CBL) in the dental hygiene curricula in the U.S. It mentions that a survey was mailed to 215 dental hygiene program directors where they were asked to respond based on the feedback from their students and faculty. The study found that 69.5 percent of the respondents use CBL in the curriculum.
