- Abstract
The article discusses the importance of legal interpretation in the case of Alice and Richard Staab v. the Diocese of St. Paul, Minnesota, which was most recently heard by the Minnesota Supreme Court in November 2013. Topics mentioned include Minnesota legislation as regards several liability, Alice Staab's suit for an accident sustained on the property of the Holy Cross Parish School of the Diocese of St. Cloud while her wheelchair was being pushed by Richard, and an overview of the case.
