- Abstract
Detecting the state and prospects of development of the retail sector in B&H, this article is important from the aspect of improving the business of retail chains. The research aims are to emphasize the importance of building an adequate corporate image and to analyze the relationship and impact of corporate image on consumer loyalty, all with the aim of gaining satisfied and loyal consumers. The paper investigates the relationship between image and loyalty in selected retail outlets in Bosnia and Herzegovina and detects the relationship between loyalty criteria and corporate image.
