The article presents a case study of a 2-year-old boy with pruritic rash following viral upper respiratory tract infection. The problem first developed in his left axilla and then spread down the left side of his thorax and upper arm. He was diagnosed with unilateral laterothoracic exanthem and treated with moisturizers and oral diphenhydramine for itching. It discusses unilateral laterothoracic exanthem, which affects children between the age group 1-5.
