EFFECT OF CYANIDIN NANO-PARTICLES ON LIPID PROFILE IN DIABETIC IN RATS.

- Abstract
The study was aimed to investigate the effect of cyanidin extract and Nano cyanidin on treatment diabetes mellitus in rats, its effect on lipid profile (Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDLVLDL). 75 adult male rats were divided into five groups and period of treatment was 90 day with the age of 60-65 days are used in this study, almost on an average live weight between (300-350) gm. Each group contains 15 animals. First group (C) were control negative did not injected alloxan and without any treatment, second group (T1 ) was induce diabetes mellitus by given alloxan injection (2mg/kg) I.P for one dose and then treated with distilled water only, third group (T2 ) was induce diabetes by alloxan and then treated with cyanidin extract (300 mg/kg) orally, fourth group (T3 ) was induce diabetes by alloxan and then treated with Nano cyanidin (300 mg/kg) and fifth group (T4 ) was given Nano cyanidin (300 mg/kg) orally only. After end of experiment, blood sample were collection for estimate this biochemical parameters.The results showed high significant differences (p<0.05) in cholesterol between T1 and control, when the compared treatment groups the results showed there is high significant differences (p<0.05)compared with T1 and control group. The results showed high significant differences (p<0.05) in triglyceride between T1 and control, when the compared treatment groups the results showed there is high significant differences (p<0.05) compared with T1 and control group. In HDL level showed a few significant differences (p>0.05) compared with T4 and control group. While in the T1 group result showed a high significantly differences (p<0.05) compared with the treatment and control group. The result showed there is a significant differences (p<0.05) in LDL level in group T2 and T3 in comparison with control group, also group T2, T3 has a significant differences (p<0.05) in compared with T1 group. In VLDL level results showed high significant differences (p>0.05) compared with group T4 and control group, While in the T1 group the results show a high significantly differences (p<0.05) compared with the control group .when compared the treatment groups T2 and T3 the results showed there is significant differences (p>0.05) with control group and T4 groups. This study, concluded that the Cyanidin Nano-particles has important role and maintain lipid profile level of male laboratory rats
