- Abstract
Aim: Fight with infections is a major problem for world medicine, because of rising the resistance to antibiotics. Therefore, it is necessary to find ways to replace antibiotic therapy, with another medicines. Methods: In recent years, the use of nanosilver particles (which have an good antibacterial effect) has become more relevant, for therapeutic purposes. Conclusion: However, the experiment on Staphylococcus aureus demonstrated that antibacterial effect of silver nanoparticles depends on the physical-chemical condition of the drug, that is why powder of the silver nanoparticles has bactericidal action on S. aureus, then suspension of silver nanoparticles.
