The data were analysed using the social science statistics package (SPSS).The statistics package for social science (SPSS) was used to analyse the data. Frequency, percentage, graphs, and other data analysis techniques were used. According to 50.8 percent of respondents, there are not enough ICT-based reference materials available for soft skill training. The majority of respondents (88 percent) also indicated a desire to receive training in ICT-based occupational skill instruction at the same time. All providers of occupational skills should therefore undergo thorough ICT-based teaching and learning training. Institutions must establish an environment that is appropriate for ICT-based education.
