- Abstract
The project of dive11ing water from Hmijiang River to W'eihe River through the hinterland of Qinling Mountains has unfavorable geological conditions such as large buried depth, high ground stress and high streni,>th hard rock. So the Lingnan TBM equipment in excavation under high load condition for a long time, the damage of the key pat1s of the cxptipment is very serious mid the oil leakage of TBM suppm1 boots oil cylinder is occmTed. In this a11icle, through the analysis and study on TBM equipment support boots cylinder damage •md its influence, it formulatcxl the hoots cylinder replacement scheme mid concrete operation methods, and analyzed the difficult point of the process of change, fast mid safe in confined spaces hold hoots cylinder transpm1ation, disassembly and replacement. It ensured the rdiahle operation of Lingnmi TBM equipment suppm1ing oil cylinder in the prcx~e ss of excavation in poor geological environment, improved the utilization rate <md working performance of TBM equipment and reduced the cost and expenses and equipment failure rate. It also had provided a reference for the replacement mid repair of TBM hoot cylinder in narrow space in China.
