- Abstract
The article presents a case-study of a 21-year old female with a third ventricular tumor. The patient suffered from permanent tinnitus, vertigo and nausea for 2 months a magnetic resonance imaging revealed a tumor in the brain in posterior part of the third ventricle. The growth was diagnosed as interventricular schwannoma and successfully removed via surgery through infratentorial supracerebellar region. It is suggested that the origins of this tumor are unknown.
