- Abstract
The article reports on the approval of legislation in Florida that would require licensed health professionals to complete an hour of continuing education on human trafficking by January 2021. The Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists analyzed the legislation and concluded it was a positive development for the profession, according to the legal and regulatory affairs council chair Kathy Baldwin. Healthcare services offered to trafficking survivors are mentioned.
