- Abstract
PROMETHEE (The Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) method frequently used in recent years in research is one of the multi-criteria decision making techniques. Decision-making process, in terms of various criteria for take over in the different alternative choice is a very difficult decision. Therefore, decision making process easy and understandable method can be used for the method of PROMETHEE. In this study, it is also suitable for light commercial vehicle white goods services made the selection. Light commercial vehicles in the selection of nine different types of light commercial vehicles was evaluated using PROMETHEE method with in terms of the criteria; price, fuel, maximum speed, horsepower, performance, load capacity, durability, trademark, service facilities, and a second hand. As long acting interactions between criteria and criteria are determined as a result of the survey. The criteria weights using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, and criteria values using PROMETHEE method, Wolkswagen Caddy Maxi Van has been identified as the best light commercial vehicles.
