- Abstract
Syria's civil war was outbreak in March 2011 when Syrian citizens entered a temporary asylum status of the Turkey. Syria citizens's is known to bring a different dimension to Turkey especially about education, health, sickness. This process gianed very important that children of the future confront with diffuculty which is defined and interpreted. According to the Association of Public Health Professionals, 98% of children as a psychology have become worse and they have reactions such as crying, scream, insomnia, unhappiness and nocturia. Children had been left by family because of war. When there arent'n children family, they had forced sexual assault, child labor. A study showed that a milion children target of modern war. There are a lot of documents for war victims children; however, everybody must espacially focused on 0-6 age group. It is striking that children's law, which is governed by the child protection law, means that Syrian refugee children have an equal approach with Turkish citizens. In many parts of Turkey have non-governmental organizations which are supported program for children. These programs purposes are sychological support, trips, workshop, collected with society and particularly survive bad experience about war and traumatic cases. Refugees children work together with Turkish children. There is a need for nurses who spend most of their time with children who have traumatic warfare injuries and who are interested in, to identify these problems in the area and to make recommendations for solutions. This children have easily adapted to social life, as non-medical practices are implemented in hospital. This article had explained effects of the warfare on children, it was emphasized that during the war periods nurses whose health professional should adopt a physical, psychological, sociological, emotional and cognitive holistic approach in order to protect and improve children health. It is also stated that academic work is needed on this subject.
