Abstract
The article presents a case of a 46-year-old woman with a 3-month history of severe cervico-occipital pain. The patient had received several regimens of analgesic treatment for occipital neuralgia without relief. A whole-body computed tomographic scan followed by biopsy revealed a metastatic non-small-cell adenocarcinoma of the lung.
