- Abstract
The article discusses the results of the 2014 National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) in the U.S. It states that the number of medical students choosing family medicine increased compared in 2013. It notes that 3,000 students and medical school graduates from the U.S. and international schools represents the 2 percent increase compared with 2,938 family medicine spots in 2013. It mentions that 70 or more family medicine resident positions were offered in 2014 than in 2013.
