Association of opso-myoclonus and neuroblastoma is infrequent. On many occasions the entity is undetected despite the pathognomonic neurological clinical picture. We present two patients with neurological signs and symptoms of an opsoclonus-myoclonus complex which were diagnosed and treated; one as an abdominal neuroblastoma, and the other of the thorax.
