- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 66- year old man who complained of breathing difficulty, during a routine follow up of chronic ear infections in an outpatient clinic. Naso-endoscopy revealed abnormal polypoid tissue which was biopsied and Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed a rare skull base meningioma. The patient had a single episode of complex partial seizure and was treated with oral sodium valproate. Also discussed is the WHO classification and treatment of menignomas.
