- Authors
Kharazi, Elisa
- Abstract
The author comments on the growing health human resource challenge facing Canada. According to the author, several unsuccessful Canadian medical school applicants intend to study abroad and return for their residency training. She says there is a need to create at least one residency position for every University of British Columbia medical graduate to protect the investment in their education. She also cites some key considerations in expanding the international medical graduates program.
