- Abstract
This article discusses the prospects of using Integral Coaching® for climate change. Working directly with the current perspectives of climate change practitioners, Integral Coaching® can provide new ways for individuals, groups, and organizations to look at and engage with their work on climate change. As individuals become more aware of their unique approach and current way of addressing climate change, they can be more aware of the benefits and partiality of that way. It is then proposed that, by achieving a "new way of being" in their work--a new self-operating system--that climate change practitioners will have a higher potential of making progress in their ventures and connecting to the people important to their cause. The process of Integral Coaching® is explained, and examples point to how the AQAL methodology can specifically benefit climate change initiatives.
