- Abstract
The current cross sectional study was conducted in Suleman Roshan Medical College Eye Department from June 2020 to December 2020. Objective: To evaluate the results of phacoemulsification in fifteen eyes, we used hydro-delineation and Ophthalmic Visco-surgical Device (OVD) assisted hydro dissection. I found that 20% had PCR (posterior capsular rupture.) There was no nuclear drop and other complication, visual activity after 8 weeks was 6/6 to 6/12 in all cases. Method: Medical Record of 15 cases using hydrodelineation and OVD assisted hydro-dissection was studied. Result: 20% of cases i.e 3/15 had posterior capsular rupture, no drop of nuclear piece was experienced, all patients had visual activity of 6/6 to 6/12 after 8 weeks. Conclusion: Hydro-delineation is effected technique of Phaco with good result.
