- Abstract
The sports industry, which is a part of the service sector, is growing day by day, increasing its importance and constantly developing. As a result of the increasing competition in the sports industry in recent years, total quality management is recognised as one of the most important management strategies in the field of quality management. In this study, literature review model, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. In order to establish the literature framework, firstly, literature research was carried out by examining domestic and foreign sources. As a result of the literature research on the subject of the research, academic scientific data obtained from national and international secondary sources scanned on the internet were interpreted and included in the study. Sports are now expressed as a sector in the world. There are many phenomena of producing and consuming. The number of establishments in the sports sector is at a level that can be considered serious. The quantitative redundancy of the organizations also makes the service quality important. Businesses operating in this context, those that implement all quality management, are more prominent than the campaigns. This increases the profitability and value of organizations. According to the results of the research, it can be said that total quality management should be implemented effectively in order to increase service quality and ensure continuity in sports services.
